Choosing a frame

  1. Once you know if you want a mount or not and what colour it is you need to choose your frame. Keep thinking about the colours in the image and the final look you want to achieve.

Look at the colours in the image. This is the most important aspect of framing. Framing something is all about complementing the image. So you want to pick out colours from the image and reflect them in the frame and mount. This will make the image stand out and show it off in its full glory.

  1. Framing Options

If there are no great colours that you would like to focus on the standard colours are

White
Black
Silver
Gold
Dark wood
Lightwood

These styles can generally fit most images.

A is the best value for money with E being more expensive.
